Do not delete comments you have made during bidding, whether it's SB (Starting Bid), AB (Auto Buy), or any bidding increments. Failure to comply will result in being blacklisted.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase.

Full payment should be made within 24 hours (1 day) Countdown starts after the note has been sent.

Booking of the adoptable will commence after the auction closes. If a note has been sent and there is no response from the winning bidder, or if the winning bidder fails to make payment within the specified timeframe, the adoptable reservation will be canceled and it will be put up for sale again. Offenders will be blacklisted.

The adoptable will not be considered officially yours until payment is completed, and you will not have any rights whatsoever.

Please do not resell the character immediately after purchase instead, wait at least 1 month before reselling or trading your design.

You can give the character as a gift or trade with your friends. If the adoptable is transferred to a new owner, please let me know each time.

Can change the design but have to leave the original layout 70% if you want to modify the design. Drawing on our work is not allowed. If you want to modify the design, you will have to redraw it only.

You can redraw only after full payment has been completed.

If you don't have permission to use for commercial purposes,You can't resell or trade with money either. But you can trade with commission, books, adoptables, etc., except money.

If I find someone violating the terms, using the adoptable for resale or exchange for money without commercial rights, I have the right to adjust the purchase price to double the original amount paid and I have the right to immediately take back the adoptable. And I will blacklist immediately.

If you have permission to use for commercial purposes, you can resell but less than the price purchased.(You can add a commission prize if you sell with your adoptable's commission art, which is the price that has been hired)

I do not allow the designs you purchased from me to be used as referenced templates to create new adoptable designs for profit. This includes adoptable designs that are similar or resemble them.

You may resell the character with artwork that has already been made for it, but you cannot resell the character through "Future" artwork such as pre-orders for extra art or models

If the design you purchased cannot be used commercially, you can contact me later to request unlocking for commercial use. I will calculate the fee to unlock commercial usage by multiplying the original purchase price you paid me by 2.5.

If you don't have commercial usage rights, you are prohibited from using the adoptable to generate income in any form, including creating VTubers, keychains, standees, in-game characters, advertisements, or any other income-generating activities related to the design.

Even if you have obtained commercial rights, using references from my designs for the purpose of generating income through selling new adoptable designs that heavily reference mine is something I cannot accept. Therefore, I do not permit direct referencing or derivative works based on my designs for profit-seeking purposes. You may use the design you purchased from me for income generation through avenues such as VTubers, keychains, standees, game-characters, advertisements, or other activities that do not involve using it as a referenced template for designing similar works for profit.

If you wish to place a holds, you can contact me through Notes or other channels to discuss the holds. I will reply as soon as possible

I consider accepting only short-term holds. I'm not ready to accept long-term holds or payment plan yet.

I will consider and accept holds only when purchased in a commercial-usable format

If discussions or negotiations regarding the adoptable terms are not yet concluded or if I have not agreed to the holds, and there is someone else ready to pay immediately during that time, I may need to decline the holds.

Once I agree to hold, you must pay a non-refundable deposit equal to half of the adoptable price, And you have 24 hours (1 day) to make the deposit payment. If you are unable to pay within the specified timeframe, I will cancel the holds and blacklist you immediately.

Holds period will last for 1 week. If you are unable to make the payment within the specified timeframe, I will cancel the holds without refunding the deposit. The adoptable will be put up for sale again, and you will be blacklisted immediately.

If payment cannot be made within the specified timeframe, there will be no refund of any deposit.

The adoptable received as a gift directly from me, so I kindly ask that they remain in a Forever home status. If the current owner no longer wishes to keep them, they can be returned to me directly.

Absolutely! You can use my design as a reference for other artists to create or draw new VTuber models, including for making keychains, standees, game characters, advertisements, or any other income-generating purposes. However, I do not permit its use exclusively for AI art, NFT or creating new adoptable designs directly referencing the design you purchased from me.

I give you permission to adapt my design to suit your OC or other characters you want to use . This includes the outfit, hair color, hairstyle, eye color—feel free to make adjustments! However, please redraw it entirely rather than overlaying on my work. I don't allow drawing directly on top of my original design. If you make any modifications, please try to retain the original design's essence to some extent.
